Dr. Alpesh's journey in medicine began with a community's faith in a young boy's dreams. What started at B.J. Medical College has grown into a mission to transform healthcare accessibility in North Gujarat. Each milestone below represents not just personal achievement, but a step toward fulfilling the promise he made to his hometown.

MBBS Graduation
Graduated from B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad — one of India's most prestigious medical institutions.
First Steps at Rehmani Hospital
Joined Rehmani Hospital, Kadi as Physician. Started with zero OPD and built trust to reach 60-70 daily OPDs within just 6 months.
Transforming Bhagyoday Hospital
Joined with a mission to transform healthcare in Kadi. Started at 45 OPDs, worked tirelessly day and night. Set a personal record of 289 OPDs in a single Monday — from 8 AM to 10 PM without a break.
ICU Expansion & A Second Chance
Led the vision to expand ICU from 4 beds. While traveling to Lions General Hospital, Mehsana for planning, met with a major accident. All four team members survived — a day that felt like getting a second life.
MD in Internal Medicine
Completed MD from N.H.L. Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad, deepening expertise in Internal Medicine and Critical Care.
Old Rhythm Hospital
Started own venture — Rhythm Medical & Heart Hospital at Hariom Arcade, Jakatnaka. A rented space with limited finance but equipped with the best possible equipment. Served patients for over 5 years.
COVID-19 Response
When the pandemic hit, led the Home Isolation Project — providing free medical kits and daily monitoring to hundreds of COVID patients across Kadi.
Rhythm Multispeciality Hospital
Dream realized — inaugurated the new 108-bed Rhythm Multispeciality Hospital at Bhaupura, Kadi. The culmination of years of hard work by an incredible team.
JCI Kadi President
Elected President of JCI Kadi, continuing the mission of community development and health awareness programs.

The journey doesn't end with a hospital inauguration. As JCI Kadi President for 2026, Dr. Alpesh is committed to expanding community health initiatives, organizing wellness programs, and continuing to build healthcare infrastructure that serves generations to come.
